I am a motivated and passionate Life Coach, bringing almost 20 years of coaching, counseling, and training experience to each individual I support. I offer a powerful blend of personal and business development tools, techniques, and experience, which helps my clients to achieve the success they seek in ALL areas of their lives!

All of my professional life, I have been actively and passionately involved in training, both as a participant and a facilitator. I am committed to insuring the personal and professional success of my clients. My own lifestyle and personal philosophy are based on a firm belief in education combined with core values, which demands both personal excellence and a commitment to achievement.

Like many of you, I have a full and busy life, including being a wife of 29 years and mother. With three sons and three granddaughters, I experience life at a full intensity.

In 1988, I left behind a successful career as an entrepreneur to enter the field of Chemical Dependency Counseling. I specialized in working with addicts and their families, teenagers, and adult children of alcoholics and has been a consultant for various school districts on appropriate training and intervention techniques for troubled teens, have consulted with several businesses on personal development, teen building and business Re-enhancement, using my coaching practice skills.

My love of education is a key to my development as an acclaimed lecturer and teacher, and I have presented material relevant to Clinical Supervisors and Prevention Program Specialists throughout the nation. I am also a State Evaluator for the state boards test for the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals.

In addition to holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling, I attended CoachU (a two-year intensive training program for coaches). I live my life connected to spirit and guiding others to do the same.

Further, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in LaStone Therapy Massage and Reiki. I am also a Certified Body Talk Practitioner. These extensive trainings help me to include body, mind and spirit and enable me to offer clients the best and most DIVINE tools of the coaching profession.

I started my own coaching practice because I knew from my experience in the counseling field that people need some type of ongoing support system to bring about the results and changes that they want in their life. Life Coaching utilizes all of my resources, talents, strengths, and abilities. I would be honored to share them with you!
